Lack of proper due diligence and careful planning regarding project stoppers, regarding installation sites (such as forestries or antiquities approvals etc.) and/or other approvals such as land uses, waste management approvals etc.), results into a project failing.
We select projects which are proven from these “project stoppers” or are in an advanced permit stage.
Looking at the bigger picture, we do not confine ourselves into a one-sided approach to an investment. Therefore, taking advantage and combining all suitable regulations, we provide the maximum output for the project facilitating our strategies. Such strategies include the transformation of hospitality projects to residential and commercial or Energy projects combining agricultural production.

Although we proceed into several revenue security provisions allowing fixed returns for the investor, we structure investments where both the Investor and Olways participate on the upside of the investment.

All projects are carried on an open book basis with constant cooperation and progress reports. And with a cap put on the Developer’s profit. The client is informed to the last penny of what is spent and what we gain!
